As we are approaching the most important holidays in our context here in Jerusalem, namely Passover for Jews, Easter for Christians and Ramadan for Muslims, we are questioning how we will celebrate these important occasions.
“Regardless of the history we read, or the history we know from our own people and families, we must learn to listen to each other. We must hear each other’s pain. Our perception of what happened is often just as influential as the truth of what happened. Through listening to one another and hearing each other’s stories, we can minimize the gap between what we think and what we know.”
